Kudelski Buys Rival Conditional Access Vendor Conax for $226 Million

Swiss-based Kudelski said it will pay $226m to acquire rival conditional access provider, Conax AS, from Telenor Broadcast Holding AS.

This deal values Conax at approximately 2.2X revenue and 5.6X EBITDA.

Basically I don't care for HD packages, I'm so much grateful for ALL other SD ...

I've heard that HD channels works with old cards (CAID 0919) with cccam. Also my source told me that it's not pairing, card works in his box, and when he go to his neighbor (who also has Sky It subscription) put his card into neighbor's box, it works.
