which hardware did you changed? if you changed its logic board there is no way to activate it

You will not be able to get Bol Channels, Oxygen, Metro News, News 24. Rest of the channels will be ok with 16-E base.
However, there is another good setup you might like it. 66-E, 68-E,52-E,42-E,38-E
