Dear Sir I have not company server but i used airtel line on 2 months b4 , at that time the latest version weas 2.63. All was ok very little freezing some times. So can not say about about company server. The company server is used by thousands of people may be overloaded at peak times.

Till date it is best receiver for picture quality. Sunplus and GX chips had very low quality picture in SD channels. Also new versions from 2.53 upward, had nice feature in GM setting very fit for dish setting. Any one can easily set his dish with mobile. Signal strength and qulaity both can be seen ...

Friends, I hope u all will be fine. I am still usnig satrsat 2000 hyper serial 15. No doubt it is an excellent receiver with crispy picture quality on SD and HD channels. Also company supporting its s/w update, even last update 2.63 on 25-8-2020. It is best update, all things working perfect ...

It should work, no reason to not work. On what s/w version you are right now tell details or screen shots of system info plz.
