There are many PLL lnbs & all of them should work better than DRO lnbs. I am not sure about its availability in Pakistan. But Athart has shared a link which gets you to buy “Avengers PLL” lnb in pakistan. Avengers is also a good brand but i havent tested it out personally the worst performance ...
