Thanx finely i recoverd my password by my self

I have received iStar X1500 mega two days b4 ...there was option to update s/w online I updated the latest s/w thru USB as it was not available online....after updating I am facing few side effects and want to go back to original but as I tried to downgrade file mismatching error appeared.
