Dear umair malik now today i receive the signal of yamal 54.5 e 65% 17 channel on 8ft dish in thatta near karachi.

I receive around 600 HotBird Services by using Local LNB on 4 feet Shabir Dish in Islamabad.

Try maybe focus of feedhorn of your Dish requires exact settings.
