Xcruiser 785 problem

Xcruiser 785 got a strange problem when I press settings getting message
Loading Launcher. Wait a second
It won’t let me in settings
Already tried installing software through usb it was successful but problem remains the same
I am not able to reset to factory default as I am not able to open setting
If I reboot it by unplugging it start fine and everything works but as soon I try to open settings it stuck on the message
I appreciate it if anyone can advice thank you.

just fixed it i hope it will help others
Warning all setting and channel list will be deleted

unplug the box from mains
keep remote in one hand
plug it back on
keep pressing RED button on remote for 5 seconds
light will flash red and green now press 1 on remote
now box will reset to factory default
problem solved

According to my research this procedure works on all xcruiser 4k models
once you finish its settings you can update software and reinstall plugins
