i was using my phone,,suddenly it went off.no display on screen....even when i charge NO DISPLAY SHOWS,,,i changed the baterry also but no result,,it doesnt on,,,TOTAL DEAD,,,,EXPERTS ANY SOLUTION PLZ SAHRE

1-RESET YOUR SET, BEFORE RESETING TAKE BACKUP OF YOUR PHONE
2- IF PROBLEM NOT SOLVED REFLASH YOUR PHONE.

THEN SHOW IT TO MOBILE REPAIRE SHOP.
