Neosat 9900HD Spectra Plus (0A090600)?

A,O.A Friends, I have Neosat 9900HD Spectra Plus (0A090600). It shows proper signals but when I tune channels, it does not tune any channel. My dish is properly set and satellite settings are also ok.
Kindly help me in this regard. Thanks

hahahah same issue aa rha mery pas bhi ik receiver ha stay in contact jab koi solution mila share kron ga r agar apko mily toh plz must share....
