funny box receiver boot prob help me please

i have receiver funny box bott problem please all expert help me..
my receiver have showing only intialization time out nothing else and in receiver front only boot showing please solve this problem thanks and how i connect it by loader for new software or any other technique for factory reset some thing else if u know then help me thanks ...
