signal issue in starsat 90000 xtreme

Dear all i have strange issue with starsat 90000 extreme. It shows no signal when open sony network in asia sat 7 and open few of them not all.but signals are apearing in when open satellite settings.remaining all channels are fine. I tried to scan in other receiver it shows proper signal and quality.

Brother you should keep your stb on single means standard mode only this figure 5150 after then your stb will show you signal & quality lines with perfect way
