1.sugar (cheeni) ka istemal kam kar dein.
2.fried (talli hui) cheezain khana chhor dein.
3.neem garam paani peeyein.
4.green vegitables ka istemaal karain.
5.soft drinks ko good bye keh dein yeh zeher hain.
6.fats wali gaza ki jaga protien wali gaza ka istemal karain.

Par in sab par ammal kon karay
